Every health claim on this site is quoted in the exact wording authorised on the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register, and attributed to the vitamin or mineral it belongs to.

Saffron itself carries no authorised health claim in Great Britain. Where we talk about saffron, we talk about where it grows, how it is graded and how it is tested — not about what it might do. We think that is a better story anyway.
