Privacy notice
Read this first. This notice is a working draft prepared alongside the website. Before the site handles real customer data, Vitacom Ltd must confirm its company number, registered address, ICO registration and data retention periods, and have this reviewed. Placeholders below are marked.
Who we are

What we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups: your email address, the page you signed up from, and the date and time.
- Contact form: your name, email address, chosen subject and message.
- Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated information about pages viewed and how you arrived. No analytics cookies are set unless you agree.
We do not collect payment details through this site, and we do not ask for health information.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To tell you when we launch — consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form and can withdraw at any time.
- To answer your enquiry — legitimate interests, namely responding to people who contact us.
- To understand how the site is used — consent, given through the cookie banner.
Who we share it with
We use third-party service providers to run the site: a hosting provider, a database provider and an email provider. They process data on our instructions only. [Named providers and their locations to be confirmed before launch.] We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Waitlist addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or until twelve months after launch, whichever comes first. Contact enquiries are kept for twenty-four months. [To be confirmed.]
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top, and tell waitlist members by email if the change is significant.
